These terms cover the GraceDay app by DailyInfinity Studios. By using it you agree to them.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or older to use GraceDay. It is not for children under 16.
The app
GraceDay is provided as is, without warranties. We do our best, but we cannot promise it will always work without interruption or errors, or that reminders will always arrive on time.
Not medical advice
GraceDay is a habit tracker. It is not medical, health or psychological advice or a substitute for it. Talk to a qualified professional about your health.
Your data
Your habits stay on your phone. Without a cloud sync account, if you delete the app or your data, we cannot bring it back; with one, signing in again loads your data. See the privacy policy.
Pro subscription
GraceDay is free to use. Pro is an optional subscription, billed through Google Play. The yearly plan starts with a 3-day free trial for new customers; if you do not cancel before it ends, it renews and is charged at the price shown in Google Play. Plans renew automatically until you cancel in Google Play (You → Subscription → Manage in Google Play); you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. Your streaks and history are never deleted when Pro ends; some features, like the number of habits, go back to the free plan.
Use
Use the app lawfully and for yourself. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer it beyond what the law allows.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, DailyInfinity Studios is not liable for losses from using or being unable to use the app.
Changes
We may update the app and these terms. The effective date above changes when we do.
